Albanian Cuisine Month
A global initiative launched in partnership with Albanian embassies, restaurants, and chefs across major European capitals. For one week each year, we celebrate Albanian cuisine with curated dinners, cultural activations, and public awareness campaigns, shining a spotlight on Albania’s rich flavors, traditions, and hospitality, and bringing them to international tables.

ALBITE Fest
ALBITE Fest is a new annual celebration of Albanian identity, hospitality, and flavor. Taking place in Tirana, this festival will gather chefs, hospitality professionals, and HORECA representatives from across Albania and the diaspora to cook, host, share, and inspire.
The festival is designed as both a public and professional experience. It blends open-air tastings, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities for young chefs, students, and hospitality workers. Alongside these, the program will feature talks and panels exploring gastrodiplomacy, heritage, sustainable practices, and the future of culinary and hospitality innovation.
By showcasing the richness of Albanian cuisine and the strength of its hospitality sector, ALBITE Fest aims to connect food, culture, and service. It is a platform to strengthen cultural identity while positioning Albania’s HORECA industry on the global stage.

The AlbChef Foodtruck takes Albanian flavors on the road, bringing a taste of our culinary heritage and hospitality directly to the people. More than just a mobile kitchen, it is a moving stage for chefs, HORECA professionals, and food artisans to showcase their skills, connect with new audiences, and share the richness of Albanian cuisine in an approachable, urban format.
The foodtruck appears at festivals, embassy activations, cultural events, and city gatherings across Albania and abroad. With curated menus, live cooking demonstrations, and storytelling moments, the AlbChef Foodtruck turns every stop into an experience of taste, community, and cultural pride.
